Connie Maney, LCSW

My two star is not reflective of Connie as a therapist, as I believe that is subjective. My low review is for the area of communication and billing. For therapy given in August and September, a bill was not received until January despite asking that it be issued sooner. When I received the bill in January, I paid it in full Jan. 16th over the phone at the number provided on the bill. I then received another bill for the same services the end of February. I called the number on the bill and left a message asking that someone return my call since I had already paid the bill. No one returned my call so on March 25th I emailed Connie explaining the situation and asked that someone get in touch with me confirm their records have been updated and reflect that the account was paid in full. I have yet to receive any communication from her or her billing person.
