Dr. Ross is extremely professional, informative, and educated. He has a wonderful demeanor and explains things incredibly well. He is never rushed and takes time for the needs of his patients! Conrad Ross is probably the most versed person in the Twin Ports for my health issues. Totally trust and feel very well cared for in his presence. Cannot say enough good things about the way he has handled my care, and his personal attention to everything concerning my condition and overall health. I would be devastated not to have him as a care provider.

I can't say enough about how much I truly appreciate Conrad Ross. I left feeling heard, he gave me an action plan, and he provided an overview of the approach he is taking with my care. Absolutely phenomenal - I wish all providers could learn from him! (I don't mean that in a negative way)

Previously after I had taken the ultrasound and lab tests pertaining to my health issue with liver cirrhosis, due to having Hepatitis B as a young child, I had only received a written letter with NO explanations or recommendations as to how I should care for my medical situation; I cannot thank Mr. Ross, PA-C, ENOUGH for his excellent helpful advice, recommendations and suggestions IN PERSON, even if it was done 'virtually' for my continued care of my medical situation that I've been dealing with since I was an eleven-year-old girl!! From the bottom of my heart, a SINCERE 'thank you' Conrad Ross!!!

Conrad Ross is excellent! I feel very lucky to have him as a part of my medical provider team. He's always made me feel comfortable, and he's always cared about all of the concerns that I've had. He always includes me in the decision making about my health care. Conrad Ross is my favorite provider, and I have several that are involved in my care. I hope that he never leaves!
