Been a patient for 6 plus years. Her office made an error and did not apply my health insurance and racked up a self pay bill. When I said I could not afford it she dropped me as a patient, ignored my calls, left me without my medication and I started going through withdrawals. Extremely irresponsible.

My son was dropped as a patient and Connie would not explain situation to me or my son and hid behind her insensitive staff. People with mental illness who depend on medication to help them with daily function should be treated with respect. She doesn’t provide respect.

Was a patient of Constance DeFreest for almost 5 years. Then was abruptly dropped with little explanation. Leaving me without the medication I depend on. She does not care about her patients. Stay away!
