Constance Francis Agalaba, NP

I saw her to get refills on my medications after my previous psychiatrist left the practice. She questioned the medications I am on, and she increased one of them, and directed me to taper off another one. I told her repeatedly that I am doing well on my current meds and dosages. She proceeded to tell me that I was on too many medications. I am on the combination of what works for me! Why change it?! She also repeatedly told me that she doesn't treat 2 of my issues that the meds help with. Again, why change it?! She also only gave me a prescription for 2 weeks. I felt ignored and dismissed. She was very monotone, cut me off while I was speaking, showed no empathy or care. So I have scheduled an appointment with someone else in 2 weeks and will not return to Ms. Francis-Agalaba.

My husband saw her through a Tele-Visit and he and I neither one were impressed at all. She was not personable, not flexible and he will not be speaking with her again. I don't think she needs to be in Psychiatry. Her personality does not fit. My husband will not be speaking with her again. We will make other arrangement to take care of his psychiatric needs.

I absolutely would not she does not listen to her patience she doesn't know what she is doing I had to suggest medication Very rude Invalidated every issue I brought to I wouldn't even recommend my dog to go to the just absolutely rude and a waste of time.
