Connie Simons is a godsend to her hometown of Holly Hill, S.C. Her thoroughness, kindness and ability to listen well are some of her many wonderful traits. She is resourceful and top-notch professional. I’d recommend her to anyone.

Connie Simons is the best! I would see no other AP so here's" to me NOT outliving Connie's retirement age. She is the most professional, diagnostic, selfless, and compassionate Health Provider I, or any of my three (Connie's Patients) family members know.
