Cori Fratelli, FNP-C

I have more doctors and health professionals than I can remember but I won’t be forgetting Cori Fratelli. She was everything we look for in a practitioner and is extremely warm and personable as well. If you’re lucky you’ll be under her care.

I recently was seen as a new patient by Cori Fratelli for the management of Long COVID and I could not have asked for a better encounter. I am a nurse and as such I tend to be a harsh critic, but Cori was nothing short of fantastic! She reviewed my history with me to make sure she was seeing the whole picture. She listened to my concerns. She asked for my feedback as well as provided several opportunities for me to ask questions. She included me in the making of my treatment plan. She patiently explained all of the procedures that she prescribed as well as the rationale behind them. She made sure her nurse gave me printed materials that I could reference later, as well as phone numbers to call if I needed assistance. She initiated the scheduling process for those upcoming procedures so that getting them booked went as smoothly as possible. And everything she said medically made sense; no quack theories or cookie-cutter diagnoses. She was incredibly thorough. Again, fantastic!

If I could give her a zero rating I would have. She’s very rude and unprofessional. During difficult times, instead of being caring, she’s rude, inpatient, smart mouthed, uncaring, and spends less than 30 seconds with her patients. She does not belong working with patients. She clearly doesn’t care about them.
