Rude
I saw her at REGIONAL ALLERGY, ASTHMA AND IMMUNOLOGY CENTER. On a previous visit, I had been told by previous practitioner to return in next calendar year for additional allergy testing allowed under insurance coverage. When I returned, Courtney Carroll was rude from the moment she walked in the room. She refused testing, said it wasn't covered and they couldn't do it. Nothing she told me made sense, and totally contradicted what I had been told before. It was a total waste of my copay $, gas, travel time, wait time, and the five minutes she spent in the room with me. I made an appointment at another office where I received the respect and care I was looking for.
