Dismissive and Unprofessional
Dr. Converse was dismissive through our appointment, could not provide any medical advice or opinion on my medical condition, and the advice provided was general and dismissive, i.e. returning to my PCP. Even more, I felt rushed out of the room after posing several questions, to which she could not provide any directions for treatment from her knowledge expertise. Switching immediately and do not recommend.

This place is the biggest joke ever. I called Courtney and her nurse every day for three weeks and left a message and never once got a call back. Once I got my bill it was not billed as a wellness visit and went toward my $3000 deductible so I am responsible for paying the $102 bill and all they did was refill my prescription that I have had for 15 years. I went in for a yearly wellness and she chose not to do all that was necessary for a wellness visit and billed me for an office visit.
