Excellent practitioner. I have seen Courtney annually and as needed for several years. She spends an appropriate amount of time evaluating and managing my issues and I have never felt rushed. She is competent and extremely personable. I highly recommend her.

Sloppy record keeping. Told me in telehealth visit she would order a prescription and never did. Here I sit in pain and it's the weekend. Never documented in her notes what we discussed. I pray she hasn't been dismissive to others as she has to me.
