Courtney Moore, PMHNP-BC

I was referred to this office because I took my hip plus. At first I thought Dr Courtney Moore was caring & aware of my needs. I visited her for multiple appointments & she was having a hard time diagnosing me. She suggested speaking with my therapist directly which I thought was a great idea. Because she was worried about putting me on a stimulant for my ADHD because of my other medication. I have psoriatic arthritis, fibromyalgia, anxiety, with mild depression. She had over two weeks to get a hold of my therapist & went on vacation for a week. My therapist was gone for the weekend, & she reached out to my therapist it was Thursday evening, I had appointment on Friday morning. Her & my therapist never connected to speak, so I cancel my appointment for Friday morning. I have a toddler & I’m a full-time single mother. I had to find daycare for her during that time which is difficult during Covid. They are now trying to send me a late cancellation fee of $100. Bad business policy.:/

I found Courtney to be a caring practitioner with excellent listening skills. She paid attention to my desire to minimize my medications and also took an interest in my overall well being. I worked with her for over a year and never had a bad experience.
