This was my first visit with Dr. Powell at the Matthews Hospital location.She was very kind and professional .

Very scary appointment. made up symptoms.
awful experience. took a day off work, made appt told person on phone I was exposed 10 days prior to Covid but took a negative test that day, day prior and 7 test within 9 days. The minute clinic dr referred me due to bronchitis. She saw me 3 days prior. Front desk understood, person making appt understood. CVS understood. They checked me in and said it would be a few minutes. Then they said the Np Courtney Powell requested i do a video visit. I tried to log in and waited a long time. They then told me np said to go outside. Personally i dont think she was in the building. Her med tech got on audio only and kept saying she will be np will be here shortly. med tech was verifying all my info and i couldn't see her. Finally Courtney came on and said ohh it is probably allergies i see you have an appointment with your allergy dr and ent over next few days. Go see them. Complete waste of time. REASON I AM WRITING REVIEW IS SHE MADE UP SYMPTOMS TO JUSTIFY VIDEO VISIT AND NOT DOING HER JOB
