I have struggled with insomnia for many years and have tried many different meds as well as natural remedies. Courtney asked me if Benadryl helps and I told her they make my insomnia worse. When i picked my Rx up, the pharmacist told me she prescribed something like Benadryl. I went to bed exhausted as I haven't slept in days and now after taking the meds she prescribed am wide awake.
