Craig Shawcroft, NP

I’ve been seeing Craig for the past 6-7 years and I always feel well taken care of. He takes the time to listen to your needs and make the appropriate referrals. I know these providers see a lot of patients but I feel like he remembers who you are. I have referred him to friends who also appreciate his care and attention. You don’t feel like you’re rushed as the next in line of the day. Maybe that’s why there’s complaints about him being late for appts?

I am patient with Dr. Craig for almost 3+ years. He is the best provider, listen so closely. He is very professional when it comes to listening to his patient.

Craig was 45 Minutes late for our appointment. He was literally in the next room chatting it up with some lady for 45 entire minutes laughing about nothing. I had the pleasure to hear it all while waiting in the next room. He then proceeded to joke about it and brush it off like it was nothing. At the end of the day he couldn't help me and on top of that wasn't "allowed" to refer me to a specialist. That's what he told me. He was able to help prescribe me medicine and didn't because he didn't feel it was right. So, at the end of it all, ZERO HELP was granted from him. I will never ever go back to this man.

Craig was very helpful. I am very pleased because he understood my physical ailments very well. He is knowledgeable and pleasant. He game me the medications I needed, and I am feeling better.

The visit went well. He was very pleasant and accommodating. The problem came when trying to refill insulin. 2 weeks! Promises from his office staff that it would be approved. No communication from him, though a response was promised by his staff. He won't be seeing me again. I'll change providers.
