Went for a couple of sessions. Was disappointed with how they manage their antiquated cancellation policy. I left a voicemail on Sunday afternoon for my Monday night appointment and I was charged a $60.00 cancellation fee because "no one was there to take my call". When I called to discuss, was told this was their standard office policy. They require 24 hours notice (which I get) but if you need to cancel a Monday appointment you have to do it on Friday (3 days prior) or they charge a $60.00
