I’ve been working with him for 3 months and he has helped me significantly. He is a good listener, helps you analyze your behaviors and experiences and helps you discover your healing path. I overall feel more confident in my healing and have continued to make progress and life feels better and easier since. And I’ve been dealing with a lot of change - which it’s been helpful having him by my side throughout the process. He has been helping me work through my sexual trauma, ptsd, depression and anxiety disorder. I like that he doesn’t focus on your diagnosis but rather on healing and self discovery.
