Office never answers the phone
They have a lady at the front desk, but in two years I have never been able to reach a human for appointment scheduling or anything. The nurse is nice but trying to have anything actually checked out is almost impossible and communication can take months for something that should only take a few minutes. Absolutely abysmal service and extreeeemmeeellyyy frustrating. If she hired better staff I’d probably rate her practice higher, but they don’t do the simplest parts of their job, so I’m looking for a new doctor now to save myself frustration.

She has a very sweet personality and takes a lot of time talking to you and letting you talk and ask questions, and she does not push all the meds and tests on you! It is your decision.
