Went in for simple poke of a roof nail in my foot. Crystal cane in and actually sat down and talked with me about her concerns for my foot. Asked me questions about my medical history. She was very personable and knowledgeable! Made me feel comfortable and taken care of. If I can request her for future clinic visits when they happen, I will!

She was very thorough and listened to the symptoms I had and was not afraid to interact with me. I am in health care and it is nice to be treated like a human and not someone who potentially has covid because I had sinus symptoms.
