I went to an OrthoNow clinic to have my right pinky finger evaluated for a possible fracture. As I had severe swelling, pain, and limited range of motion in that finger that was getting worse. She did not perform a thorough examination on my injured finger. She immediately said that it was a sprain. She offered to perform an X-ray on my injured finger after I questioned her. She said for me to return to the examination room after the X-ray so that she could go over the X-ray. After the X-ray was completed, I returned to the examination room. I waited 20 minutes for her to return to the room. She never returned. I also never got to see the X-ray taken on that day until I went for a second opinion. It turns out that my finger was indeed broken! The hand specialist immediately saw the fracture in my right pinky on the X-ray that PA Horton supposedly looked at and reviewed. Do not see her for anything!
