A friend referred me to Crystal at a very bad time when in my life. Crystal was thorough with the intake and made an effort to understand me and my experiences. She helped me find a medication that I felt comfortable with. She explained what to expect with medication, the benefits, and side effects and was attentive to my response to each dosage. Crystal was also instrumental in finding a therapist that could help me. She takes her patients' well-being seriously and uses a holistic approach to their care. On top of being a professional, Crystal is a kind person who is easy to talk to. She is not judgmental. She accepts where you are and where you wish to go. She changed my life and made me happy. I can't and will never be able to thank her enough.

Crystal is an excellent reproductive psychiatry nurse practitioner - she also does general psych but especially with all the wacky hormone surges and dips of a fertility journey, pregnancy, and postpartum times and with major hospital systems having 6+ months long wait lists for their reproductive psychiatry programs it is a rarity to find anyone at all in this specialty taking new clients. And she is not anyone at all! She is so tuned in and intuitive and well informed and easy to talk to, I wish everyone could have someone like her on their mental health team Crystal.

I highly recommend Crystal. She's professional, compassionate, and just exceptional at her job. I would not have gotten through the pandemic without her!

I am SO glad that I found Crystal. After a handful of not-so-good therapists, it was such a relief to finally find someone great! Her ability to ask thoughtful questions, put together multiple pieces of the puzzle, and share insights back that result in "aha! moments" is truly amazing.

I’ve been with Crystal for talk therapy and medication management for almost 4 years. I’ve been in and out of therapy for ~25 years and she has been the best fit for me. She has an extremely easygoing nature, feels like a friend (but maintains professional boundaries seamlessly) and I’ve never felt more validated or that someone had more insight into helping me. She is simply the most supportive psychiatry professional and I’d recommend her for anyone.
