Do not recommend
Very disappointed. How can a Dr take over 4 months to get back to a patient with a report & diagnosis. This is just not okay.

I have never had to deal with someone so unprofessional in my adult life. After months and months of trying to get a hold of my results. It took emailing ANOTHER Dr. in the office to create some urgency. I wish I would’ve looked at the reviews first because this seems to be her pattern.

Dr. Ramos was kind, knowledgable, and for the first time with a doctor made me feel understood. While the report took time, she told me this upfront, and I felt it was worth the wait with the detailed info in it. She also encouraged me to contact her with any questions about the report once I read it, and when I did she took her time to speak with me at no charge.

After waiting 6 weeks for my evaluation report after my initial appointment, Dr. Ramos not only got many basic facts wrong such as my age and my family’s ages, but also did not give any clear diagnosis or steps moving forward. The recommendations that were provided were the same as what I told her I was already doing. This was a waste of time and money

During a time of uncertainty, it would seem that our service providers would work extra hard to provide a caring environment. That is not the case with this office staff. They are greedy and unprofessional. I would never suggest anyone use this office for services.
