Missed prognosis to old age
My husband had cataract surgery a couple of years ago and started having blurriness in eye. Dr. Baker saw nothing and said it was just old age. He called surgeon that did surgery and they did simple test and said yep, got to do a laser touchup which he said was very common with cataract patients. Now he has great vision.

I was not treated with patience or concern by the office staff. I was told my eyeglasses would arrive in 2 weeks. I called to check after 2 weeks and was told my glasses were not there. Another week later I find out that yes my new eyeglasses were there and they had been there for over a week and nobody thought it was important to let me know Why is that? These people do know that without glasses I am legally blind but still they let my glasses sit there and wouldn’t tell me they were there. I paid over a thousand dollars for glasses and contacts that I still don’t have. Never again.

I have been going to Dr.Baker since I was a child and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my eyes. I recommend her to all of my friends.

The wait to go back to a room was VERY LONG, and once back there we waited even longer. It was horrible. I didn't feel like she answered all of my questions and as I continued to ask her questions she seemed to either not understand my concerns or could not answer me.
