Cindy Eckert-McCoy has helped me in so many ways with my mental health. She has guided me through working on some of my PTSD symptoms with the use of EMDR therapy, and I saw great results with that. She also gave me the validation and understanding I needed when working through some issues with different people in my life and also how to manage my depression and anxiety. She helped me understand why I and others behave and react in certain ways which helped me learn how to be a better communicator, friend, daughter and wife. It was a pleasure to have her guidance and I would continue to see her if I wasn't moving. Thank you for everything you have helped me with!
