I was referred to Dr Hey by a mutual contact. I had been dealing with a chronic stiff neck for months. X rays from a visit to an ortho showed that I have a reverse curve in my neck. Dr Hey spoke with me at length during our first visit so she understood my condition. She has a wonderfully calming manner. I had never been to a chiropractor before and knew that I did not want any swift cracking motions. This is not Dr Hey's treatment style so I was very much at ease. Her consistent approach which combines movement, stretching, massage & the use of an activator adjusting tool, has provided me with much relief. I have been able to reduce my visits from weekly to every 10 days. I'm able to turn my head from side to side and no longer feel that tight annoying pull. I highly recommend Dr Hey.

Dr Hey is wonderful! Any time I have back, neck or knee pain she can fix it, often in one visit. She uses a gentle, very precise instrument to adjust called an activator. She also incorporates massage in her treatments. Highly recommended.
