Dr. Cynthia McGrath, DNP

I do not recommend OSF. I came to establish a primary care physician because of a broken finger. Originally I had gone to an immediate where they took x-rays and the co Pay was $75. I was lead to believe that if I had gone to a primary care physician it would have been less expensive. At my first visit with Cynthia A. McGrath she pressured me into having more x-rays done although my finger was already healing AND I had a copy of the x-rays from immediate care. After expressing my concern for the cost of x-rays she assured me that it would be covered by my copay. I now have a $200 bill for x-rays that weren’t needed in the first place. I had trusted Dr. McGrath and she offered me no help and conned me out of money. OSF needs to really understand who they’re serving.

Exceptional knowledgeable and compassionate caregiver! Dr. McGrath is a healthcare partner dedicated to total wellness. Highest recommendations for her expertise with and dedication to patients! McGrath is a clear communicator and exceptional listener which further improves the level of care she provides. Seriously?! 5 stars aren’t really enough!!!

I met dr. McGrath just a few months ago and had never seen her before until my visit there. She was amazing :-) by the time I left her office I felt as though I had known her forever. I've always been one who's been afraid of doctors she changed that. :-) even though I'd only seen her once the second time I seen her I felt like I was seeing an old friend :-) she took care of all of my medical needs as well as making sure I was okay :-) I would recommend her to anyone :-)
