Telehealth
I started seeing Cynthia a few months ago after moving across the country and needing to find local mental health care. I have been beyond happy with the treatment I'm receiving. From my intake to regular appointments, I feel like she's actually listening to the needs I'm expressing and evaluating/treating me in a way that I haven't been before, including making me feel seen and validated in the questions/ideas I have expressed about my past experience. I feel like I'm learning more about myself now than I have in the last 15 years of psychiatric care. 10/10 recommend

Amazing
This practitioner recently opened up her own practice (Strong Minds LLC) and did an absolutely phenomenal job completing my intake, reviewing my history, listening to my concerns, and making me feel so comfortable. She also had a therapy pup that was amazing and so inviting! I highly recommend her!
