This woman is very rude. She consistently interrupted me and refused to listen to me or hear my concerns. She told me sometimes prayer is better than medication and that she doesn’t like to prescribe meds, didn’t like the meds I was taking, (even though I have multiple verified diagnosis which require medications I had been taking for years). She then attempted to talk me into trying other prescriptions because she didn’t like what I had been taking. If that wasn’t concerning enough she told he to place my trust in the lord, not her. It’s difficult to consider anyone a medical professional when they tell you not to trust them! Recently she wanted to change my meds. She became argumentative and visibly upset when I told her I wasn’t comfortable with that. She assured me she wasn’t taking my medications away. 3 weeks later when I requested a refill, I got a message saying my refill request was denied and she would discuss at appointment in 3 weeks. Absolutely ridiculous!

Cindy does NOT listen. Don't bother going to see her if you are over weight. I asked her NOT to berate my child about her weight. The first visit she seemed very nice. Second visit all she talked about was the child's weight and we were there for her ears. I've had a handicapped tag for 15 years, I've walked with a cane for many of those years. Cindy's answer to that. "Exercise is good for you" Yes it is but Walmart parking lot is not the YMCA All she discussed was my weight
