It took me over 6 years to find a therapist that worked for me. After two extra horrible experiences, I swore off therapy all together. I was pretty sure I would never find one I liked, but I eventually felt like I needed support again and I was recommend Dr. Sapp. She is unfailingly kind, laughs at my bad jokes in the middle of sessions, and has supported me through everything from suicidal thoughts to everyday grievances. Dr. Sapp knows how to ask the good questions and doesn't shy away from anything, even if you might want to. But she doesn't push before you're ready to be pushed and almost has a sixth sense for how you're feeling. Dr. Sapp has been a constant in my life for about a year a half and I am incredibly grateful for her every single day. She has helped me understand my depression and anxiety, talked with me about my self image, and offered ways to cope with some of the stressors associated with divorced parents, even years later. I cannot sing her praises enough.

BEST doctor I have ever had! I have been searching for a therapist for years, but none of them seemed to make me a priority. Sometimes they would listen so well that I never received any feedback. Dr. Sapp knows what she is doing and tells you what you need to hear in a professional manner. She also listens to you and has taken time out of her days off to listen to me while I was in crisis. Dr. Sapp if you ever read this is can never thank you enough you changed my life.
