I had an appointment with Cynthia Smith as a new PCP. I'm above middle-aged and have seen many physicians - she is by far the worst. Extremely poor personality and unknowledgeable about even basic medical practice. It was a complete waste of my time and I was left with the impression she was judging me based on some sort of bigotry.

Cynthia has always been very thorough and patient. She has exceeded our expectations in every way. If a specialist is required she makes sure we are lined up. She is way more efficient than any doctor we have used.
