Always had a great experience with Cynthia. I dislike they didn't let us know she would not be at the Pflugerville location anymore. I'm willing to travel just to get her back because now I feel like no one knows what's going on with me and she and I were on the same page.

You are better off using google. Cynthia Venecia makes you feel vulnerable, incompetent, and unheard.

Unhelpful, unprofessional, eager to refuse to prescribe any needed medications. One minor example: I have never seen such pleasure cross a medical professional's face as when she refused anti-cough medication when I had spent ages unable to sleep more than five hours a night from coughing and asthma. Also, I notice all the five stars regarding her are from people saying they're in love with her or think she is beautiful. This is frankly bizarre and inappropriate, and I don't understand why they haven't been taken down.

She refuses to listen to patient medical background or previous medication use. I requested a sleep aid and gave her the specific type proven to work for me and she instead tried to shove a dangerous anti-depressant (with side effects like suicidal thoughts) on me. When I objected, she threatened to sic a "counselor" on me. How many others has she forced this kind of junk on? She works at a clinic where she can bully low income patients into submission. Stay away!
