Doesn't identify herself when she comes into the room (urgent care). Doesn't wear her name badge or ID that she is supposed to do. Is ok, but does not seem very knowledgeable or examine you like she is supposed to. She needs to follow other PA's that have more experience so she understands the difference.

Not attentive
Daisy was very dismissive of my pain and basically said she didn’t know. She said she was saving me an X-ray. Better off seeing any other provider.
