When I first started seeing Dale, I had an understanding of therapy. What was refreshing about Dale, he didn't assume what I was feeling was like everyone else's experience. He asked questions and never assumed he knew what I was feeling. He was clearly present and my words mattered. He challenged me in ways I didn't know were possible. Dale didn't tell me what I wanted to hear, he challenged me and made me uncomfortable. He allowed me to discover in a safe place that I always had the tools within. I just needed to trust the process and lean into my own strength with his guidance and knowledge. I became stronger mentally. If it wouldn't have been for the foundation he helped me build within. I wouldn't have survived breaking my spine. I literally walked into therapy one person and left a completely different person.

After 35 years of therapy I found Dale and on the first visit he stated he knew what my issue stemmed from. I was skeptical but after a few days of research on my own I realized he hit the nail right on the head. Everything he is sharing with me, as well as everything I research on my own points to his diagnosis. Finally a competent therapist! After 3 weeks of seeing Dale I am on board with my healing. Thank you Dale.

I have finished my sessions with Dale. I seen him for 8 months. I thought I wouldn't get through this. I have been challenged by MDD, GAD and PTSD for 21 years. Dale is the best! He uses a variety of psychotherapy techniques and tools, and has also helped me have a better working relationship with my own emotions.
