Dr. Dale Beaman, PHD

In the beginning he told me he wasn't sure that he was the right person to help me. He listened and was nice for the most part, but sometimes he would laugh and almost tease me about my fears. He ultimately told me that he didn't have enough time in his schedule for me to continue as his patient even though he had time until that point, so I was left to find someone else.

I called because I suffer from phobia disorder and he states on his website that he deals with phobias and panic disorder. On the phone, Dr. Beaman asked me to describe my situation. I told him that I suffer from a phobia that led to panic attacks and gave some details. Dr. Beaman told me that I was 'too complicated' for him and that he couldn't help me and he didn't know of any psychologist who could. I thought it was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful and I would never recommend him.
