We really liked Dalia. She was warm and patient with us. She explained everything very clearly and had excellent bedside manner. We hope she's the provider on call when I give birth :)

My experience was great. Ms. Philbeck was so attentive and addressed all of my concerns. She was also the healthcare provider that was present on the day I gave birth to my son and she was amazing. She took the time to explain everything in a matter in which me and my family could understand. She has excellent bedside manner. I will recommend her to any one in need of a provider in this area.

The midwife was in a rush, she entered the room and asked me directly to lay down to check the fetal heart, she did not even take a seat, rushed immediately to the Doppler, made us feel they are very busy to the degree they don't have time to talk for a minute, although we waited for a bout an hour before we met her, the clinical visit was really quick making us wonder if driving for 30 min then waiting for an hour to spend less than 10 min with medical provider worth it? We want the best for our baby but don't feel we are getting the care we were hoping!
