The visit was fine. I had an issue with my script and contacted her by email and phone Friday at 11:30 and didn’t get a response at all. So I’m without my meds till Monday sometime. Not good!!!

I have been going to her location since Nov.2018 & have been seeing Ms.Dallia since Jan.2019. She Always walks in the patients room with a genuine smile & concern for how Iam doing. I can talk to her about anything. If I ever had issue with pharmacy or insurance company she fixes it immediately. She explains everything really well, & Always gives me the Best Advice. I Appreciate her for being so Sincere & Supportive of all my issues whatever they may be. My family member passed away last Aug.2019 & she even took time to make sure I was truly ok. On a lighter note we have even shared a laugh together on several occasions because I could just talk to her all day, I really enjoy & look forward to seeing her every month. She's the Best health care provider I could ever ask for. Iam Truly Grateful to know her.

I saw Dallia for the first and only time yesterday! She made me feel like I was there simply to get pain medicine and I was trying to trick her into giving it to me! She called my pharmacy to cancel a script and to change one that was sent in wrong! Even my pharmacist told me he couldn’t believe how she responded to correcting her mistake! When I called her to discuss what was done she acted like I was trying to trick her. I have been taking the same meds for almost a year...They should have that on file! Yes...I do have issues w/my memory from 2 strokes! When I tried to answer her questions about my meds I very clearly told her my issues and I wasn’t sure. When I tried telling her she called the wrong amount in she told me she had me on record saying I take less! Right then and there she made me feel like I was nothing but a drug addict trying to score a fix! I have gone to the same pain clinic for a year and this is the first and only time I will see her!!!
