She did a fantastic job replacing my mirena IUD. I was nervous, she calmed me down. She has excellent bedside manner. She was quick and it hardly hurt (I also had Lots of advil on board). I had an unusual " vasovagal" response afterward and she was great nursing me through that as well. I was fine 15mins later. I hope she's around for my next IUD replacement.
