Incoherent treatment and aggressive billing
Incoherent OT treatment, inflated bills at crazy high hourly rates, will not allow parents or caretakers to observe, place and equipment does not seem clean at all (roach repellers in every outlet), lack of caring and individualized attention, lack of professionalism in communication (especially written). Overall - paying $300 an hour without even a written report to follow is a very bad deal and way above standard rates for fair quality of treatment at best - it’s totally unclear what is happening to your child as there is no written record and one is not allowed to watch.

My son has been a patient of Dana since he was an infant, she helped us tremendously with sensory issues and with getting him on track with his peers. Dana has a loving, caring personality that draws the children in and he enjoys every session with her. We have worked with her and a few of her employees and their commitment to the children is really outstanding. I would highly recommend Dana-Lee Wechsler.
