This is an insensitive arrogant young lady who selected the wrong profession, period. My 86 year old wife was in a wheel chair and had serious difficulties to get up for an EKG. The reply? O well, I will write down that you refused an EKG.

Absolutely no recommended, I left the virtual appointment with the sense of visiting any other place but a doctor. I visited other ARNP such as ARNP Escobar in TGH Brandon and Marcia in Miami Beach they were great, but Bernal's visit was not what I expected.
