Dr. Daniel Aguilar-Aes, PHD

Dr. Aguilar has been my therapist for more than 10 years. It's effective and reliable. Don't extend your number of sessions if you don't need to. In every emergency, the doctor has been present. He never said no. On more than one occasion I have recommended it to relatives/friends and it always gives the same results.

We recommend Doctor Aguilar to every family who needs support and guidance, counseling, and support. We have received the best human treatment, and counseling, with our son with serious mental health issues, and our marriage affected for those reasons. Doctor Daniel is family to us.

He is very concern of his patient , spend time explaining conditions and treatments. And he knows very well what he is doing

Dr. Aguilar is extremely welcoming and kind. He would always take what you said seriously. His form of therapy was very transparent when I would ask him why we were taking certain steps instead of others. His insight into family dynamics and how it reflects into our emotional struggles throughout life has helped me immensely. I would not be who I am today or happy had I not gone through this process with him. I was particularly skeptical of talk therapy outside of CBT. I realized throughout the process the for emotional wounds CBT therapy was not useful. I was doing individual CBT therapy adjunctly to this was actually doing me more harm than good. It wasn't until Dr. Aguilar help us address certain dynamic in communication and our ability to talk to each other did my relationship with my mom begin to heal. In my 5 years of going to therapy, I have never felt so heard, seen, and taken seriously. I am running out of character, so I will leave this review here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
