This provider missed crucial information and ignored information about reports of abuse and other documented issues provided, instead focusing on information for which there was no substantial evidence. After spending months of drawing out appointments we were presented with clinical information that poorly represented any concerns given and that was completely incongruent with best clinical practice. Concerns of children were minimized or ignored and there seemed to be clear bias throughout.
