Awful. I’ve been to several chiropractors including Dr. Harkins in Nashville who was the best.. and I’ve never dealt with someone who without even knowing the condition of my back as a new patient, did a “partial” adjustment.. THEN wanted to take X-rays afterwards. Of course I didn’t. Told me as I checked out that 1st time patients pay, which I was not informed of when I made the appt. Dr. Day said just charge 50. Which I Pd. And said I wouldn’t be back. Then found out later they billed my insurance company for the same visit, for much more.
