I've never needed PT before & didn't know what to expect. I was impressed at the knowledge Dan had in treating my recovery for my knee surgery. He taught me how to target muscles that weren't working & gave me stretches & exercises to relieve the pain. It really helped to hear from him that what I was feeling was normal & kept me from worrying. Each week I receive more advanced things to push me forward in my recovery. He's a great cheerleader for his patients & I would highly recommend him!
