I had an appointment with Dan Urbanic yesterday at the clinic of the Pensacola Naval Air Station. I have never (truly) felt I was treated as professionally in every aspect of our encounter. I've needed new hearing aids for a long time, and he took the time to describe my recent hearing loss and how to compensate with the latest technology. He almost make growing older an adventure.
