A complete waste of time! It was mostly him wanting to talk politics and current events - that and repeating the same personal stories at every session. There was nothing that could be considered therapy. My next therapist was appalled that politics were brought up by him. I was often kept way past the end of session to listen to him drone on about politics, etc. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Dr. Wood was rude on the phone when trying to schedule an appointment. The healthcare system is hard enough to navigate and having a gruff demeanor is not very helpful.
