I cannot emphasize enough how much working with Danielle helped me. I had weekly (and for a small period of time every other week) sessions with Danielle to cope with anxiety and depression, and she helped provide me with tools to use while we were in sessions as well as what to work on throughout the week and in periods of high anxiety. I haven't felt this at ease with where my mental health is in so long, and though I put in a lot of work to get here, I wouldn't have been able to do it without Danielle. She gave tough love when needed, the empowerment that I had it in me to do the hard work, and the tangible skills and tools to use. I am so grateful for everything that Danielle did to help me better manage my mental health!
