I have seen Ms. Gange several times in the past year and find her helpful in my meds management. She has always been pleasant and attentive to my queries. I recommend Ms. Gange, and also Meridian's Healthy Recovery Support clinicians and group therapy. They are the real deal.

I was recently, completed official testing and needed medical management services. Later, this would be combined with outpatient therapy. Before, there was any intake or discussion and minimal review of the documentation surrounding recent testing reports, Provider Gange was dismissive and reviewed my diagnosis inaccurate. I tried my best to put forth my best presentation to make sure, I wasn't presenting negatively. Her inquiry was condescending, RUDE and overall DISGUSTING! I know there is a short supply of Behavioral Health providers, but having a staff member as such, is unjust and not needed. I requested to see another provider in the office, but was informed the request would need to be authorized by Provider Gange. WHAT? Another interaction with this person, NO THANK YOU! I then sought outpatient therapy services only with this group. My initial interaction with Clinician Sophie was enlightening, this soon declined and I was met with the truth... Insensitive, Just Not Present!

I was already diagnosed 4 years ago just needed medical management. She said that my diagnosis was wrong and the clinical social worker was not accurate. Her answer to everything was how do you know if you have anxiety or depression or ptsd? Very negative. After seeing her, I was recommended to see another doctor in the office but the office people were rude, insensitive and just plain uncaring. After seeing how they behave to patients and me, I could not get out of there fast enough.
