Does not listen to her patients
Danielle seems knowledgeable and I’ve no doubt she has had extensive training. However, her behavior is not that of a compassionate healthcare worker. When evaluating my condition, she refused to listen to my prior experiences with my symptoms, and did not demonstrate sound reasoning when trying to evaluate the efficacy of the treatment she used. She was aggressive and mocked me when I suggested the treatment she chose may not be as effective as she believed. She showed no interest in connecting with me and seemed happy to dismiss me moments after we began talking. I do not challenge her credentials but being a good healthcare professional means having the knowledge and also the compassion needed to work with people in pain. I do not trust that she can provide me with adequate care and I would never recommend her to anyone I know who needs help.
