?Danielle Pray regularly abandons her supervising physician's most urgent and emergent cases. I don't know whether this behavior is due to persistent carelessness or a heartless attitude, but it results in treatment delay, patient pain and suffering, and deadly outcomes. This is certainly an example of unethical and unprofessional nursing conduct. Since Ms. Pray doesn't adhere to safe, standard, and proven nursing protocols, she fits right in to the "wild west" atmosphere of the chaotic INI.
