Had an appointment because I completely broke out in hives over night and she was the first person I could get into. She rushed her assessment and then proceded to talk down on me about my concerns. I'm sorry, but someone doesn't get hives once a year strictly because clothes are "too tight". I will be seeing an MD from now on, as these PAs don't seem to have enough knowledge and empathy to understand concerns of their patients.

I’ve been seeing Danielle for a few years now. My experiences with her have been wonderful. She always listens thoroughly and addresses my concerns. Every treatment she has provided to me has worked. She’s always flexible with her schedule to ensure I am seen if there is an urgent matter. I highly recommend her!

PA Spatholt, today April 9th, just personally called me to tell me that because of corona I could not have my April 20th yearly check up appointment. Because she always is so competent and caring she offered me a virtual appointment for the same scheduled time. I think that she is a role model for the medical profession!

I have been going to the Cleveland clinic for my dermatologist for years and she took over my 2 previous doctors. My last two previous doctors prescribed me doxycycline for my acne because they believed it will work for me. This time this doctor had different views and opinions about it! She decided she would give me one prescription and no refills! The appt was very short and she hardly did anything for me! So now I have to find another dermatologist that will do something about my skin!

I don't recomend this Doctor to anybody!!! Bad bedside manners just came in check me and good bye like if she was running a marathon..
The nurses in that Jacobs health center in Avon needs to take a course of good customer service skills.
I will be finding another dematologist.

Danielle is a wonderful PA. She always makes sure her patients are seen on time and often before their appointment. She spends quality time with each and every patient and answers any and all questions thoroughly and with compassion. She truly cares about her patients and their well being and she is very passionate about medicine and dermatology. I would highly recommend her!

After many positive experiences with Cleve Clinic, I must say if you want quality care and good communication, I do not recommend Danielle. When I showed her a suspicious mole, she indicated no concern and sent me home. I returned 9 mos later and requested it be removed. She called me 3 days after my appt. with a melanoma diagnosis. When I pointed out her previous lack of concern, she acted defensively and also told me "not to lose any sleep" over my stage 1B melanoma diagnosis.
