Danielle Wadkins, CNP

I took my daughter to OhioHealth for an appointment with Danielle Wadkins. While my daughter was told that she would need Rx and the ladies at the desk confirmed the Rx was sent to our pharmacy, the Rx was never sent over to the pharmacy that day or the next. I called the pharmacy the next day and they advised there was no Rx for her there or at any other location for that pharmacy, but I confirmed before we left that is where it would be sent. I called the CNP office to inquire the next day and was told someone would get back with us but no one did. I asked them why I couldn't see the CNP office visit summary notes in MY Chart, and they said my daughter would have to give me permission, but they never provided my daughter with any sign in info or instructions for how to setup and access her own account on MY Chart to see it for herself. I called back on day 3 after the appt. and cancelled the followup appt. Very unprofessional! It was a horrible experience.
