While holding a PhD - Dr. Duke failed to learn to listen. Dr. Duke was highly recommended to us for behavioral and emotional issues with our child. We outlined what we had tried that did not work and made him aware of therapies already attempted. After hours and hours of analysis and testing, his recommendations were to utilized therapies already in use and identified to him. He failed to listen to his patients (customers) and wasted our time. Don't waste your time too.
